Automatic screw feeding systems allow screws to be loaded directly into tools or motors, eliminating the need for manual screw positioning and reducing both processing time and operator fatigue. Processing time can be cut by at least 35% by avoiding the need to pick up screws individually and by simplifying positioning—benefits made possible by the high stability of the devices' heads and jaws.
These feeders are compatible with a wide range of FIAM pneumatic and electric screwdrivers, including both straight and pistol-grip models. Furthermore, the screwdrivers and motors can be equipped with automatic advancing feed systems and telescopic bit-push systems — both patented FIAM designs — enabling access to deep or confined spaces. FIAM offers ready-to-use ("turnkey") solutions, available either as manual units or designed for seamless integration into automated processes; alternatively, you can request a custom production cell tailored to your specific requirements.
